The thought of “Doing something else”, “Be more active”, “Eat more healthy”, “Live more sustainably”, “Find a purpose in life”, is living and growing in most people.
The road to actually transform in that direction, however, is paved with many obstacles, the most important, being the perception of “The good life” hard-wired into us, through many generations and the idea of trying to meet society’s expectations. .
To “un-wire” this perception and related habits, you therefore need to “trick” your own brain, feeding it with the right cocktail of fact based information and positive motivation, to actual allow a transformation.
There is in our experience not one universal magic cocktail suitable for all.
The cocktail that will help you, will have to be developed by yourself, using the ingredients that you find the most inspiring and motivating, thereby allowing that actual transformation to unfold.

Personal Transformation Coaching
In individual remote or face-to-face coaching sessions, based on some of the most transformative methods that we have used, including Strategic Intervention Coaching and Rapid Transformation Therapy we will help you gain clarity, uncover the root cause of what is limiting you and by healing it set you free.
Spring, Summer & Fall activities
During the warm seasons, we focus our programs on one specific, or combine a number of outdoor activities, such as hiking, climbing and trail running, mountain biking and road biking, as well as swimming and kayaking.







Winther activities
Uphill is the new downhill
In winter season, we combine classic snow- and snow shoe hiking, with cross-country skiing, all in the nearby area.
